Whole body mental health focuses on optimizing brain and nervous system health as well as addressing nutrient deficiencies, optimizing digestive health, microbiome health, balancing immune health and inflammation, optimizing metabolism and looking at hormonal health.

These evidence based connections inform the assessment and treatment however, we are all unique and have a unique presentation and root cause to explore and treat.

Dr. Bauer is keen to help you integrate naturopathic medicine in to your health care team.  Working collaboratively with an MD, a therapist and a Naturopathic Dr. is often the most supported way forward.
